Brazilian PE fund invests in Coritiba football club

Brazilian private equity fund Treecorp has hired Machado Meyer Advogados and Bichara e Motta Advogados to invest 1.3 billion reais (US$263 million) in local football club Coritiba, in return for a majority stake.
