Glencore brings third arbitration claim against Colombia

Glencore has filed an International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) claim against Colombia after a planned expansion at a coal mine was halted by a local court citing environmental concerns – the third case the Swiss commodities trader has brought against the state at the centre.
