Comprehensive regulatory changes across Latin American jurisdictions and regular swings between left and right-wing governments are causing headaches for many legal departments. To overcome these challenges and stay on top of new legal frameworks, in-house legal teams should work closely with their external counsel and make good use of local legal expertise to navigate the choppy waters.
