Venezuela arbitration award confirmed as court sides with Guaidó
A US court has enforced an International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) award worth over US$400 million against Venezuela after finding it was bound to recognise lawyers acting for Juan Guaidó as the country’s legitimate representatives.
