US court denies Mexican airline’s slots appeal
The District of Columbia Court of Appeal has dismissed a case brought by Mexican carrier Interjet against the US Department of Transport (DOT), finding the airline’s claims that the agency overstepped its authority when it made a tie-up between Delta Airlines and Aeroméxico dependent on slot divestitures at Mexico City Airport lacked merit.
