Uruguayan Supreme Court declares media law unconstitutional
US satellite service provider DirecTV has obtained a favourable ruling from Uruguay’s Supreme Court, freeing it of restrictions to its market share levied by a media law approved by the Mujica administration, with the help of Ferrere (Uruguay).
