IDB Invest and US private investment group Blue like an Orange have hired Gómez-Pinzón in Bogotá, Brazilian firms BMA Advogados and Dias Carneiro Advogados, and Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC in Mexico City to inject US$22 million into Colombian grocery delivery company Merqueo.
