Live Nation, Televisa and CIE reach standstill agreement over OCESA buy

US company Live Nation Entertainment has entered a standstill agreement with Mexican media and entertainment companies Televisa and Grupo CIE over its planned acquisition of a majority stake in entertainment subsidiary OCESA, which it had previously agreed to purchase along with several other assets for some 8.8 billion pesos (US$462 million).
