Latin Lawyer’s 2013 M&A league tables: methodology

After many years of news reporting, we believe we now cover a sufficiently large proportion of the large-scale deals taking place in Latin America to be in a position to take a closer look at the firms working on those transactions. We publish these league tables in the hope that they provide an interesting insight into the law firms leading the way in Latin America’s transactional community, while providing a useful tool for firms to compare their activity with their competitors.
