Latin Lawyer collected data on M&A, debt capital markets and equity capital markets activity across Latin America during 2020. We present a series of league table reports and comparative analysis for key markets, revealing the busiest firms in these areas by total deal volume and value. The league tables are accompanied by deal reports containing all deals that took place in 2020 and were submitted to Latin Lawyer, upon which we have based our findings.
