LatAm issuers raise US$3.8 billion in equity in two months

Twenty-one Latin American firms and ten international outfits have helped Latin American companies raise nearly US$3.8 billion through 14 equity capital markets deals taking place in April and May, according to information gathered by Latin Lawyer.
