Demarest obtains funding for dredging in São Paulo

Brazilian infrastructure development company Salus has hired Demarest Advogados as deal counsel to issue debentures worth US$100 million to dredge a canal and improve access to ports operated by Ultrafertil, a subsidiary of logistics company VLI, and steel producer Usiminas on the Atlantic coast.
