    Salvadorean energy company LaGeo has hired local firm Lexincorp for a bond issuance worth US$40 million.  Servicios Generales Bursátiles acted as underwriter and relied on in-house counsel.     Lexincorp has helped oil major Puma Energy negotiate and draft a US$10 million line of credit with Banco Agricola of El Salvador. Banco Agricola was advised by in-house counsel.
