SABMiller deal prompts AB InBev to hand over brands in Argentina
Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP’s New York and São Paulo offices; Rosso Alba, Francia & Asociados; Oria, Colombres & Saravia; and Bouzat, Rosenkrantz & Asociados in Buenos Aires have helped global beer company AB InBev's Latin American subsidiaries Ambev and Quilmes transfer seven of its brands in Argentina to Chilean brewers Compañía Cervecerías Unidas (CCU), in compliance with competition requirements governing AB InBev’s acquisition of British counterpart SABMiller.
