Swiss commodities trader Glencore has filed a second International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) claim against Colombia, this time over the construction and maintenance of a port facility – while a US investor has applied to annul an ICSID award dismissing its claim against Uruguay on jurisdictional grounds.
