Allen & Overy LLP, Miranda & Amado in Lima and Barros & Errázuriz Abogados in Santiago have helped China Southern Power Grid International (CSGI) sign an agreement to buy Enel’s Peruvian assets for US$2.9 billion, a deal that is now subject to scrutiny by antitrust authority Indecopi.
