Brazilian energy group Raízen has hired Stocche Forbes Advogados in São Paulo, BKM | Berkemeyer in Asunción and Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno in Buenos Aires to buy a controlling stake in Paraguayan fuel retailer Barcos & Rodados for US$130 million, marking Dutch oil giant Shell’s return to Paraguay after more than 15 years.
