Three Milbank offices, Pinheiro Neto Advogados in São Paulo and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja in Buenos Aires have helped Brazilian engine parts supplier Mahle Metal Leve raise 402 million reais (US$83 million) in a follow-on offering.
