Biography
Ricardo advises local and international clients on transaction and project financing, and other corporate finance matters. He has represented lenders, funds, and sponsors on numerous projects in Latin America. His experience covers sectors such as infrastructure, energy, financial services, agribusiness, mining, oil and gas, telecommunications and education. He also represents international and local companies in the implementation of their businesses and projects in Peru.
In recent years, Ricardo has advised the concessionaire of Peru's largest infrastructure project, a gas pipeline to be built in the southern part of Peru; he has consistently advised several key development finance institutions with a prominent presence in the Latin American region; and participated in various M&A transactions in the oil, energy, mining, and retail sectors.
Ricardo has been a senior adviser at Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF), principal associate at Anzola, Bóveda, Raffalli y Rodríguez, foreign associate at Whitman & Ransom (New York) and Associate at Rodríguez y Mendoza.
