Educated at San Marcos National University, School of Law (1992); Universita degli Studi di Siena, Italy (1993). President of the Foundation Surveillance Council (1994–1996); adviser at the commission in charge of the Civil Code Reform (2000); member of the commission in charge of drafting the Consumer Code. Publications: Private Law, Vol. 1 (1996); Consumer, contract and post-industrial society (1998); Modern Contracts (2000); Consumer contracts (2001 and 2004); The New frontiers of Family Law (2003, 2005 and 2009); and essays published in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Spain and Italy.
