Previously, he was an associate at Benites, Forno & Ugaz Abogados from 2000 to 2007 and a Partner from 2008 to 2018. Willy holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has completed the master’s degree programme in regulation at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC). He has served as professor at the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has participated as a speaker at academic events in his area of expertise. He has authored several articles published in law journals.
