Vilmar focuses on real estate law and agribusiness. He is experienced in the acquisition and operation of urban and rural properties, with due diligence and structuring of legal business involving purchase and sale, exchange, lease, built-to-suit, rural lease, agricultural partnership, the constitution of real guarantees, among others. He hands financing transactions, debt restructuring and infrastructure (energy, ports, etc). Structuring of real estate developments, condominiums, subdivisions, and shopping centers. Property regularisation before real estate Registry Offices, City Halls, INCRA, SPU and other related bodies. Conducting administrative procedures for rectification of registration, unification, dismemberment, and adverse possession.
Vilmar is an effective member of the Agribusiness Law Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP).
