Verónica Sattler leads our public services regulation, antitrust, energy and infrastructure areas.
She counsels companies of energy, transportation infrastructure for public use and sanitation sectors on regulatory and legal matters, negotiation of concession contracts with the Peruvian Government, and legal design of private initiatives for the development of infrastructures.
Likewise, she counsels on antitrust matters, as well as in administrative proceedings before the Peruvian Antitrust Authority, including merger control proceedings.
Verónica has been director of PetroPerú, and has taught projects finance and regulatory management at prestigious universities. She is recognised as an expert advisor on public infrastructure projects and public services regulation aspects, having vast experience in developing large infrastructure projects.
Education: Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú – Lawyer (1999); the London School of Economics and Political Science – master’s in public services regulation (2004). Memberships: Lima Bar Association. Practices: energy; infrastructure; antitrust; public services regulation.
