Biography
Managing partner at Machado Meyer, Tito specialises in antitrust law, acting in complex merger cases, antitrust investigations and litigation.
Received his LLB from Pontifícia Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and LLM from the University of London, London School of Economics. He was chairman of the Brazilian Institute for Competition, Consumer Relations and International Trade Studies in 2013.
He is a member of the International Law Committee of OAB, the antitrust committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Brazil (Amcham), of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), of the International Bar Association (IBA), of the Permanent Arbitration Forum of EMERJ, of the executive board of Associação Pinacoteca Arte e Cultura-APAC and of the board of the Competition Law International, which is the journal of the Antitrust and Trade Law Section of the IBA.
