Biography
Thomas is a partner of our Lima Office. He holds a law degree (summa cum laude) from Lima University, a master of law degree (LLM) from Columbia University, and a diploma in energy and gas regulation from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
He specialises in corporate law, capital markets, finance, and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining Garrigues, he was a partner at Rubio Leguia Normand, having previously worked at the New York office of Weil Gotshal & Manges and the Madrid office of Cuatrecasas.
He has been a professor of business planning at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) (2003–2006) and is the author of several articles published in specialised journals.
Thomas is admitted to practise Law in New York and Peru.
