Biography
Thiago has focused his practice on M&A, private equity, venture capital, publicly held companies and corporate disputes, with 11 years of experience at the firm.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, an LLM (cum laude) in commercial law from São Paulo University, and an LLM in corporate governance from Stanford Law School, having worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, NY. He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
