Area of practice: corporate and M&A.
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB, 1972) from University of São Paulo Law School; advancement course in educational law at Centro de Extensão Universitária. While resident in Paris, she acted as a counsel on Brazilian laws for European clients in the corporate, tax and contractual practice areas (1988–1993).
Languages: Portuguese, English and French.
Member: deputy member of the Paris International Chamber of Commerce (1992–1993), Lawyers’ Association of São Paulo.
