Biography
Sergio Tálamo specialises in capital markets and corporate finance. He has extensive experience representing companies and investment banks in public offerings, private placements and tender and exchange offers, syndicated loans and asset securitisation involving a variety of equity, debt and hybrid instruments. He graduated from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires in 2003 and later completed a master’s in finance and business law at the same university. In 2017, he worked as a foreign associate at the New York offices of Linklaters LLP.
