Sérgio Ramos Yoshino is a partner of the M&A and private equity practices of the firm, who also currently dedicates a portion of his time to the banking and finance and bankruptcy and restructuring practices. Sérgio usually works in large-cap M&A transactions, sale of distressed assets, divestment strategies and M&A transactions in the context of debt restructuring deals. Sergio also has experience in hybrid securities and debt-to-equity transactions, which often are elements of complex M&A deals in which he is involved.
