Sebastián is a partner of the banking and finance practice area.
He has extensive experience advising local and international lenders, borrowers and financial entities in various financing operations, including syndicated and corporate loans, project finance, acquisition finance, financing with multilateral entities and credit agencies, securitisations and in general, through capital markets, including the issuance of bonds and shares in local and international markets subject to Rule 144A / Reg S.
He worked for seven years as an associate in one of the main law firms in Colombia and worked as an associate of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York between 2014 and 2016.
