Leading partner of Guerrero Olivos’s water law group and member of the energy and natural resources and environmental law groups. He specialises in energy and NCRE project development, project finance and in environmental and regulatory issues.
He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica, holds an LLM from Georgetown University, Washington DC; and worked as foreign associate with Jackson Walker LLP, Texas, USA. He also was part of the Academy of American and International Law of Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law, Texas, USA and was general co-secretary of its Alumni Association.
He is the Vice President of the Chilean mini hydro association (APEMEC) and in the academic field, is professor of Environmental Law at the Urban Studies Institute department from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and professor of environmental law in the real estate law and business diploma, from the same university, both since 2014.
