Biography
Sarah Devine has 20 years of experience representing clients in complex international transactions, with extensive experience with development and financings of energy, infrastructure and other projects in emerging markets. She also has many years of experience counselling multinational companies on a variety of corporate and commercial law matters. Sarah was seconded to the legal department of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for nearly two years earlier in her career, where she provided legal counsel on the financing of projects in a number of regions and across a range sectors, including renewable energy, transport, manufacturing, agri-business, education and microfinance. She received her JD from Stanford Law School, her BA from Oxford University and a BS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She was Fulbright scholar in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
