Biography
Sandra Castillo has been part of Mayora & Mayora for 15 years, recognised for her experience and performance in the corporate and M&A practice group. She received her master’s degree in corporate law with academic distinction from the Catholic University of Chile and her law degree (cum laude) from Universidad Francisco Marroquín. She made partner in 2013.
Her practice concentrates primarily on civil and commercial agreements, corporate law, real estate law, civil law, project finance, M&A, corporate governance and corporate restructuring. She has advised on important matters for various national, regional and global companies from incorporating to corporate restructuring. Sandra has been recognised for her accomplishments as a lawyer by publications such as Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500 and LACCA.
