Biography
Sabrina’s practices focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and general corporate governance advice for both public and private companies.
Her experience includes advising clients in matters related to a wide range of industries and business sectors, and her most recent practice has focused on technology and infrastructure. She worked as a foreign associate in the New York office of Alston & Bird LLP.
