Rossana Natteri is a partner at Estudio Olaechea and head of the real estate practice of the firm.
She studied at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru and was admitted to the Lima Bar Association in 2006.
Mrs Natteri specialises in corporate law, civil law and real estate. With broad experience in incorporation of companies, setting up of branches, commercial agreements, real estate transactions by planning, structuring and developing complex real estate contracts and projects. Provides legal advice to lenders, creditors, construction companies, property owners, developers, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors in all aspects related to the drafting and negotiation of contracts required to achieve their projects.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
