Biography
Ronald Herscovici is a partner in the areas of banking and finance, capital markets, corporate law and governance, insolvency and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and real estate at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados.
He represents banks and other financial institutions, private equity firms, multinationals, public corporations and other investors on a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, acquisition financings, joint ventures and other corporate transactions involving various segments of the economy. He also serves as a board member of public and privately held corporations.
He holds a degree in law from the law school of the University of São Paulo and he also holds a master’s degree in law from Cornell University. He was an international associate at a major New York law firm between 1996 and 1997.
