Biography
Rolando is the founder and senior partner of Consortium Legal – Costa Rica. He is an expert on corporate and commercial, banking and finance, litigation, foreign investment and international commerce.
Throughout his career, Mr Laclé has been member and president of the board of directors of Banco Anglo Costarricense, member and vice-president of the directive board at Banco Internacional de Costa Rica, vice-president of the directive board of Lacsa, member of the directive board of Cemex and member of the directive board of DMC Abonos Agro.
He was a member and president of the Congress of Costa Rica, minister of presidency, elected congressman in the Congress of Costa Rica for 4th periods, and President at the International Affairs and Commercial Trade Commission. He is a member of board of directors of Volaris Airline and member of the directive board of Davivienda Bank – Costa Rica.
