Biography
Head of the labour and employment practice, Rodrigo has great expertise in complex and strategic labour- and employment-related matters, especially negotiations with labour unions and Brazilian labour authorities, strategic labour litigation (individual labour lawsuits and class actions), labour- and employment-related consultancy and preventive legal assistance to national and international clients.
Received his LLB, specialisation and master’s degree in labour law from Pontifícia Catholic University of São Paulo. He has also a degree in Continuing education in negotiation from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
He is a member of the International Bar Association, São Paulo Lawyers Association and São Paulo Labour Lawyers Association. He is also assistant professor of the labour law postgraduate course at the Pontifícia Catholic University of São Paulo.
