Biography
Rodrigo is a key partner of the M&A and private equity practices, working out of the São Paulo office and assisting local and international private equity funds and large corporations in strategic transactions, including cross-border, multijurisdictional deals. Rodrigo is known for his ability to manage large-cap transactions with multi-parties' interests involved, combined with a one-of-a-kind multidisciplinary background and impressive track record in several industries. He advises clients in M&A transactions of public and privately held companies, both on the seller and buyer sides.
