Biography
Rodrigo is the managing partner and partner in the corporate and M&A, capital markets and private equity areas at Lefosse Advogados.
He has extensive experience in capital markets operations including equity and debt, advising both issuers and coordinators. Rodrigo has used his knowledge of listed companies and regulations to develop a broad and successful practice covering M&A and private equity.
Academically, Rodrigo graduated in law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and in administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP). He has international experience as an associate at Davis, Polk & Wardwell in New York.
