Biography
Rodrigo is a senior partner and has been at Martinelli Advogados since 2007, he joined the firm in 1998, specialising in corporate and M&A. He is regional practice group leader for legal due diligence and M&A transactions. Specialist in advising corporate clients and investment banks on mergers and acquisitions, including public takeovers and private acquisitions of shares and businesses, rights issues and placings, reorganisations, joint ventures and general corporate work. Rodrigo represents publicly traded companies, financial investors and multinational corporations in corporate finance matters, including acquisitions, mergers and financial transactions.
He also performs strategic coordination in the activities of the Martinelli Solidarity Institute.
Rodrigo holds an LLB degree in law from University Vale do Itajai (1998), specialisation in business management from FAE, LLM in business law from FGV/, master's in business law at the Dom Cabral Foundation.
Proficient in Portuguese and English.
