Rodrigo Gil is co-head of BMAJ’s national and international arbitration practice areas and also acts in civil and commercial litigation matters.
He has extensive experience in investment arbitration, international commercial arbitration, cross-border construction disputes, national arbitration and in all judicial matters related to arbitration.
He is an international expert in conflict resolution under ICC, UNCITRAL, AAA and CAM Santiago rules, among others; and also acts in ad hoc arbitrations.
He regularly advises national and foreign clients in the energy, transportation, mining, construction, infrastructure and telecommunications industries, among others.
Rodrigo has been a professor of civil law at the University of Chile since 2010.
