Biography
Rodrigo Ferreira Figueiredo led the efforts to establish our London office in 2016, where he has been based ever since as our London resident partner. Rodrigo’s practice focuses on assisting European and Asian clients with cross-border matters involving Brazilian law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, divestitures and general advice on Brazilian corporate law across multiple industries.
Rodrigo is a member of the board of directors and chairman of the Legal Committee of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain, a member of the Legal Committee of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in France, and an officer of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the London-based International Bar Association (IBA).
