Biography
Rodrigo García became a partner in August 2011.
An expert in procedure law, he specialises in commercial and corporate law matters in which advice is provided to local and foreign clients. He has participated in several cases involving complex litigation of a broad nature, and has acted in several cases involving different kinds of contract disputes between multinational companies. He has represented manufacturers of pharmaceutical products and medical equipment in several lawsuits brought by patients, represented oil and gas companies in different claims, and co-directed and trained a team of more than 200 lawyers and paralegals to handle mass litigation arising from the legislation that converted US-dollar-denominated bank deposits into devaluated Argentine pesos.
His professional practice also includes family law.
He holds a master’s degree in corporate and business law, from Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires.
