Biography
Rodrigo has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, contracts and corporate matters, representing Brazilian, North American and European companies in Brazil and Latin America in complex and sophisticated transactions. He has considerable expertise in the education, petrochemical, health and construction sectors.
He graduated in law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP), 1997; LLM from Columbia University - NY, 2005.
