Biography
Rodrigo advises clients on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments and corporate restructuring involving national and international clients, including publicly held companies and private equity funds.
He previously worked as a foreign associate at the office of Herbert Smith Freehills in London.
