Biography
Roberto’s vast experience in corporate finance focuses on the sale and acquisition of both private equity and listed companies, private equity transactions and business alliances, such as joint ventures. He is a founding partner of Miranda & Amado (1999). Previously, he was an associate at Estudio Echecopar from 1996 to 1999, and at White & Case in New York from 1993 to 1996. Roberto is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has an LLM from New York University Law School. He is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
