Biography
Roberto Dias Carneiro is a partner in BMA's corporate law practice area. He joined the firm in 2004 and has extensive experience in corporate law and M&A. His previous experience includes work as an intern and then as a corporate attorney in private practice (1997–2004), as an intern in the controller’s department of the investment firm Banco InvestCorp SA, and as an intern with the economic consulting firm Galanto (1995–1996).
He acts for national and international clients and has taken part in some of the largest M&A transactions in Latin America. His clients do business in sectors such as financial services, steelmaking, textiles, construction, energy and agriculture.
Roberto is highlighted in relevant legal publications, in the area of corporate law, such as The Legal 500, IFLR1000 and Análise Advocacia.
