Biography
Roberta Gallardo, Arias El Salvador's co-managing partner, has been a partner at Arias since 2007, and specialises in mergers and acquisitions and finance deals. She regularly coordinates multijurisdictional transactions and provides day-to-day legal assistance to operating companies in El Salvador and Central America.
She has taken part in important corporate transactions in diverse industries such as banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, advertising and other service providers, as well as project financings of significance in the region.
She has a law degree from Universidad Dr José Matías Delgado. She is authorised as a practising attorney and notary public by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador. Roberta attended the Program of Negotiation for Lawyers (PIL) at Harvard Law School, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
