Biography
Ricardo has experience in a wide range of financial transactions including equity and debt capital markets, where he acted as a lawyer for both the issuer and underwriters in public offerings of securities in Brazil and abroad. Ricardo also has extensive experience advising clients on matters of corporate law, capital markets regulation and corporate governance as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Academically, he graduated in law from Universidade Paulista. He served as an international associate at Davis Polk, in New York, focusing on the capital markets area.
